EyeLift
An eye area serum designed to correct visible signs of ageing in the delicate skin around the eyes, including loss of firmness, dark circles, puffiness, and wrinkles.
Biological rationale
The skin of the periorbital area is one of the thinnest areas of the face, with minimal subcutaneous fat and a dense concentration of superficial blood vessels. This makes it particularly vulnerable to glycation – a process in which sugars bind to structural proteins such as collagen and elastin, forming advanced glycation end products (AGEs). AGEs make collagen and elastin fibres rigid and more vulnerable to UV damage, leading to loss of firmness, thinning, and wrinkle formation. The thinness of the skin and the proximity of the vascular network to the surface also contribute to the visible appearance of dark circles when microcirculation is impaired.
Mechanism of action
Anti-glycation level. Albizia Julibrissin Bark Extract inhibits the formation of AGEs, helping to protect collagen and elastin from cross-linking and subsequent rigidity; it also provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action. In addition, it supports the microcapillary system, helping to reduce the visible appearance of dark circles.
Regenerative level. Darutoside stimulates collagen synthesis and provides pronounced anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic action, which is especially important for thin and reactive skin in the periorbital area.
Clinical profile
Indications: dark circles associated with impaired microcirculation, puffiness, wrinkles in the periorbital area, including crow’s feet, loss of firmness and sagging of the eyelid skin, signs of skin fatigue, thin and reactive skin. Suitable for all skin types.
Visible result
With regular use, the skin of the periorbital area looks firmer and more lifted, while the appearance of crow’s feet and puffiness is reduced. Dark circles become less visible due to support of the microcapillary system. Skin texture becomes smoother, and the resistance of thin skin to external irritants is improved.
