Right of Withdrawal

1.1. According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, with labels attached, in original packaging, and properly packed.

1.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer has received goods in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which has been opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetic products, etc.).

1.3. In case of a defect, the customer is required to notify Skinstudio by sending the following information to info@skinstudio.ee: a return request. The request must be submitted no later than 14 days after discovering the defect. The request must include: reason for return, customer’s first and last name, product name, order number, and description of the alleged defect (preferably with a photo).

1.4. Skinstudio is not responsible for:

• damage caused by the customer’s fault or negligence;
• defects resulting from improper use of the product;
• natural wear and tear under normal use.

1.5. Skinstudio shall refund the customer for returned goods without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the customer’s notice.

Return request.

1.5.1. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Skinstudio covers return shipping costs only if the goods have hidden defects that could not be detected upon external inspection and were not caused by opening the packaging, or if the goods are not as ordered.

1.6. The Buyer must return the product immediately, but no later than 14 days after notifying Skinstudio of the wish to return the product.

1.7. The deadline is considered met if the Buyer returns the goods before the 14-day period expires.

1.8. Skinstudio may withhold the refund until it receives the goods back from the Buyer or proof that the goods have been sent, whichever occurs earlier.

1.9. If it turns out that the Buyer did not receive the ordered goods, the goods do not match the description in the online store, or the goods are defective, the Buyer does not need to submit a withdrawal request within 14 days and may exercise the legal right to submit a complaint.

1.10. If the goods received are defective in a way that could not be detected upon external inspection and was not caused by opening the packaging, Skinstudio has the right to reduce the price or refund the full value of the goods to the customer.

1.11. If the Customer wishes to exchange the returned product for another product or a different size of the same product, the Customer pays the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to incorrect delivery or a defective product.
