Ultralight Mineral SPF 25<\/b><\/p>\n

A lightweight mineral sunscreen with physical and chemical UV filters for broad-spectrum protection against UV radiation and environmental aggressors, without a grey or white cast.<\/p>\n

Biological rationale<\/b><\/p>\n

UV radiation is the main exogenous factor in photoageing and DNA damage of keratinocytes and melanocytes. UVB<\/b><\/span>causes superficial damage and erythema, while UVA<\/b><\/span> penetrates deeper into the dermis, activating matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs<\/b><\/span>) and triggering chronic oxidative damage to collagen. Effective photoprotection requires simultaneous coverage of both radiation spectra, which is achieved through a combination of physical and chemical filters.<\/p>\n

Mechanism of action<\/b><\/p>\n

UV-filtering level.<\/i> Zinc Oxide (6%)<\/b><\/span> is a physical mineral filter that reflects and scatters radiation across the entire UVA<\/b><\/span>and UVB<\/b><\/span> spectrum; it also has additional anti-inflammatory action, making it suitable for sensitive and breakout-prone skin. Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate (Octinoxate, 7%)<\/b><\/span> provides an additional layer of UVB<\/b><\/span> protection at a deeper level.<\/p>\n

Antioxidant level.<\/i> Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract<\/b><\/span> protects against UV-induced DNA damage, enhances UVB<\/b><\/span> protection, and reduces transepidermal water loss. Polygonum Aviculare Extract<\/b><\/span> provides antioxidant protection against infrared radiation. Quercus Suber Bark Extract<\/b><\/span> (suberin<\/b><\/span>) supports the structural network of the dermis, providing a strengthening effect. Vitis Vinifera (Red Grape) Fruit Cell Extract<\/b><\/span> has antioxidant action, helps reduce puffiness, and protects against pollutant exposure.<\/p>\n

Exfoliating \/ moisturising level.<\/i> Gluconolactone (PHA)<\/b><\/span> supports the natural renewal of surface skin cells. <\/span>Glycerin<\/b><\/span>, <\/span>Jojoba Seed Oil<\/b><\/span>, and <\/span>Squalane<\/b><\/span> help retain moisture.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clinical profile<\/b><\/p>\n

Indications:<\/b> prevention of photoageing, protection against UV-induced DNA damage and oxidative stress, uneven pigmentation, sensitive and breakout-prone skin. Suitable for all skin types and tones, including darker skin tones – the formula does not leave a grey cast.<\/p>\n

Visible result<\/b><\/p>\n

With regular use, the skin is protected against a broad spectrum of UV radiation without a white or grey cast on the surface. The formula spreads easily and works well under makeup without feeling heavy. When applied in sufficient quantity, SPF 25<\/b><\/span> theoretically blocks around 96%<\/b><\/span> of UVB<\/b><\/span> radiation.<\/p>\n
