1.1.<\/strong> After the sales contract comes into effect (upon payment of the buyer\u2019s advance invoice), BALTDERMA assembles the order and hands it over to its logistics partners for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2.<\/strong> The delivery time depends on the delivery method and destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2.1.<\/strong> If you use OMNIVA, Venipak or Itella Smartpost parcel locker services, the order will be delivered to the customer\u2019s selected parcel locker within 1\u20133 business days in Estonia and within 3\u20135 business days in Latvia and Lithuania. When the parcel arrives at the locker, the customer receives a notification on their mobile phone with the location of the parcel locker, opening hours, and a personal door code. By entering the code on the parcel locker touchscreen, the customer opens the locker and collects the parcel. Parcels are stored in the locker free of charge for 7 calendar days from the moment the notification is received. After that, the parcel is returned to BALTDERMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2.2.<\/strong> If you choose courier delivery, the order will be delivered to the customer\u2019s selected address within 1\u20133 business days in Estonia and within 3\u20135 business days in Latvia and Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3.<\/strong> Free delivery to parcel lockers in the Baltic states for orders over \u20ac250. Free courier delivery in the Baltic states for orders over \u20ac500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4.<\/strong> BALTDERMA\u2019s logistics partners are:
1.4.1.<\/strong> OMNIVA;
1.4.2.<\/strong> Venipak;
1.4.3.<\/strong> Itella Smartpost;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.5.<\/strong> More detailed delivery methods and pricing can be viewed by the buyer after logging into their personal account on the BALTDERMA online store or by clicking the \u201cCart\u201d icon on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.6.<\/strong> When ordering outside the Baltic states, the buyer must select an appropriate shipping method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.7.<\/strong> The shipping cost outside the Baltic states is \u20ac15 and may vary depending on the destination country and selected delivery method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.8.<\/strong> BALTDERMA is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods were handed over to logistics partners on time, but the delay is caused by circumstances beyond BALTDERMA\u2019s control or that could not have been foreseen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.9.<\/strong> If the parcel is delayed for any reason, BALTDERMA customer service will agree on a suitable delivery time with the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.10.<\/strong> To ensure smooth delivery, the buyer must carefully verify the delivery information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.11.<\/strong> If the customer wishes to change the shipping address, they must notify BALTDERMA as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched to the specified address, the delivery location cannot be changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.12.<\/strong> In case of non-conformity of the product with the contract terms, the buyer may:
1.12.1.<\/strong> refuse the order or performance of obligations;
1.12.2.<\/strong> claim compensation for damages or a price reduction;
1.12.3.<\/strong> for example, products damaged during transport (but not packaging) will be replaced for the buyer;
1.12.4.<\/strong> if replacement of the product is not possible, BALTDERMA will reimburse the buyer for the value of the product.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
