1. Validity of Terms of Sale

1.1. These Terms of Sale regulate the rights and obligations arising between the client (hereinafter the Buyer) and BALTDERMA (hereinafter BALTDERMA) when purchasing goods (hereinafter Product/Products) from the online store www.baltderma.com.
1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising when purchasing products from the BALTDERMA online store are regulated by the legal acts in force in the Baltic States.
1.3. BALTDERMA reserves the right to change the terms of sale and product prices. Such changes are published on the website www.baltderma.com. If the Buyer placed an order before the changes took effect, the terms valid at the time of the order will apply to that order, unless otherwise provided by law or these terms.
1.4. By accepting these terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the Terms of Sale, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.


2. Placing an Order

2.1. Products marked with the “Add to Cart” icon can be purchased on the BALTDERMA website.
2.2. The price and availability of products may change without prior notice.
2.2.1. Product prices are displayed on the product page. If the product is discounted, both the discounted price and the full price are displayed.
2.2.2. The valid price of the product being purchased is displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.
2.3. If the Buyer placed an order before a price change, the product will be provided at the price valid at the time the order was placed.
2.4. All prices in the online store www.baltderma.com are shown in euros (€).
2.5. After registration, the Buyer receives a notification that their account is pending confirmation. Prices and the ability to place orders become available only after the account is activated by BALTDERMA.
2.6. To place an order, the Buyer must select a delivery method, confirm the order, and wait for the invoice to be issued.
2.7. The invoice is sent to the Buyer’s email address. If the invoice is paid by 11:00 on a working day, the order will be shipped the same day.


3. Entry into Force of the Sales Agreement

3.1. After the Buyer places an order on the website, an automatic order confirmation is sent to them.
3.2. BALTDERMA issues an invoice for the order and sends it to the Buyer’s email address.
3.3. Prices are fixed at the time the order is placed on the website. The purchase is considered final only after payment for the order has been received.
3.4. The sales agreement enters into force at the moment the full amount of the order is received in BALTDERMA’s bank account.
3.5. If the order is paid before 11:00 on a working day, it will be shipped the same day.


4. Delivery and Handover of Goods

4.1. After payment has been received, BALTDERMA prepares the order and hands it over to the selected logistics partner.
4.2. Delivery is carried out only within Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
4.3. Available delivery methods:
Delivery to a parcel locker: Omniva, Itella Smartpost, Venipak, or DPD
Courier delivery: Venipak
4.4. Delivery times:
Estonia – 1–3 working days
Latvia and Lithuania – 3–5 working days
4.5. Free delivery:
for orders from €250 – free delivery to a parcel locker (Omniva, Smartpost, Venipak, or DPD)
for orders from €500 – free delivery by Venipak courier
4.6. The delivery cost is specified on the invoice and depends on the selected delivery method.
4.7. BALTDERMA is not responsible for delivery delays if the order was handed over to the selected delivery service on time, but delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond BALTDERMA’s control.
4.8. The Buyer must ensure the correctness of the provided contact details. BALTDERMA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or phone number information.


5. Right of Return

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached.
5.2. To return goods, the Buyer must send an email to info@baltderma.com stating the reason for return, order number, contact details, and, if applicable, a photo of the defect.
5.3. The money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the return request and the returned goods.
5.4. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the goods are defective or BALTDERMA made an error.


6. Liability and Submission of Complaints

6.1. BALTDERMA is responsible for non-conformity of the product or for defects that existed at the time of transfer to the Buyer.
6.2. Complaints must be submitted to info@baltderma.com or by phone at +372 5117 552 no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.
6.3. The complaint must include a description of the defect and an invoice or other document confirming the purchase.
6.4. A response to the complaint will be provided within 15 days from the date of receipt.


7. Force Majeure

7.1. BALTDERMA is not responsible for damage or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or unforeseeable events.
7.2. The maximum amount of compensation cannot exceed the value of the order and delivery.


8. Processing and Security of Personal Data

8.1. The responsible processor of personal data is BALTDERMA.
8.2. Personal data is processed for fulfilling orders, issuing invoices, and delivering goods.
8.3. Data is stored on servers located in the EU and is protected from unauthorized access.
8.4. The client has the right to request deletion or correction of their data by sending an email to info@baltderma.com.


9. Other Conditions

9.1. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual products.
9.2. BALTDERMA reserves the right to change prices and product selection without prior notice.
